Unworn items in original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Your first size exchange per order is free — we cover the return collection.
To start an exchange, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
For hygiene reasons, worn intimate items can't be returned unless faulty.
